Please be informed that the trading window, in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, shall be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per Company's Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company with effect from 1st October, 2022. The trading window will open after 48 (forty eight) hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course.
