In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time and as per the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of Capital India Finance Limited ("Company"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for its Designated Persons / Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, from July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022 ("Financial Results"), become generally available information. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter-alia, to approve the Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Kindly take the above information on record.
