In continuation to our letter vide Ref. No.: CIFL/BSE/2022-23/42 dated September 27, 2022, regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, has been closed from October 01, 2022 and will continue to remain closed till November 16, 2022 (both days inclusive), for its Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives for prevention of insider trading.
