Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 68th Annual General meeting, will be posted by August 25, 2022. In case of shareholders opting for NECS/NACH, the dividend would be credited to their accounts by August 25, 2022.
