This is to inform you that as per the Company's 'Insider Trading -Code of Conduct', framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine month ending 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and Insiders as per Insider Trading Code of the Company during the stated period.<BR>
