| We would like to inform you that in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company is taking various measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all employees and is ensuring compliance with the directives issued by the Central Government, State Governments and local administration in this regard. The Company has already adopted Work from Home for all employees at its corporate office with effect from 21st March, 2020 to minimize the risk and contain the spread of COVID-19. <BR> In the manufacturing units, focus is being maintained on social distancing and hygienic practices, for the safety of the people. In view of the lockdown in many of the States across the country, packing materials required for production and dispatch are unavailable and transportation of materials are getting hampered as well. Hence we are constrained to gradually scale down activities leading to suspension of operations at our units. The impact on the operations of the Company cannot be assessed at this point. <BR> | |
