Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Krishnan Rathnam has tendered his resignation vide letter dated August 5, 2022, from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to personal reasons. Further, the resignation of Mr. Krishnan Rathnam will be effective from October 1, 2022 and that he will continue his current position as Chief Financial Officer till September 30, 2022, subject to approval of Board of the Company.
