Park, Nagpur - 440022 to consider and approve the following agenda items: 1. To fix date, time and venue for the Twenty Forth (24th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and to approve Notice of 24th AGM of the Company. 2. To decide the Record date and Book Closure period for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting and determining the shareholder's entitlement for payment of Dividend. 3.
