| Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 24, 2022 to Friday, September 30, 2022 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2022. The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on August 13, 2022 has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.2.25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial year 2021-22. The record date for determining the entitlement of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if approved at the 24th AGM, is Friday, September 23, 2022.
