| CENLUB INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th August, 2022 at 4.00 P.M at the Registered Office of the company at Plot No.233 & 234, Sector-58, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana -121004 inter alia to transact the following businesses; 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 (Q1) along with the Limited review Report made by the Auditors of the Company; 2. To consider and Approve the draft Director's Report along with its annexures and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2021-22. 3. To Appoint Mrs. Apoorva Singh, Company Secretary in Practice as Scrutinizer for E-Voting at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 4. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2021-22 and to consider and approve the draft Notice of the 30th A.Gr Meeting for the financial year 2021-22. 5.
