Further to our intimations dated 9th February, 2021 and 16th July, 2021, it is hereby informed that the percentage of shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary, Century Infotech Ltd. has increased from 99.81% to 99.99% consequent upon acquisition of 9180 shares from the other existing shareholders.<BR> <BR> It is further informed that Century Infotech Ltd. is not a material subsidiary of the Company.
