Further to our letter dated 2nd November, 2021 regarding Subsidiarisation/Transfer of Company's Logistics business comprising of CFS services as a going concern on 'slump sale basis' to a wholly owned subsidiary, we hereby inform you that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned Subsidiary by the name 'Century Infra Limited' at Kolkata on 30th December, 2021. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 of 9th September, 2015 are mentioned in the attachment.
