| This is with reference to the Order of Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench dated 14th June, 2023, with respect to Company Petition C.P. (CAA.) No. 53/KB/2023 in connection with Company Application C.A. (CAA) No. 168/KB/2022, in the matter of Scheme of Arrangement between Century Plyboards (India) Limited ('Transferor Company') and Century Infra Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors whereby the instant petition has been fixed for hearing on 20th July, 2023. In this regard and pursuant to Regulation 30, 47 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the newspaper advertisement published in 'Business Standard' (in English language) and 'Aajkaal' (in Bengali language) on 19th June, 2023, inter alia, intimating about date of hearing of Petition. | |
