This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s ''Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons'', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is being closed for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from 1st July, 2023 and would re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
The date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
