| We wish to inform you that a Special Court designated under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 has directed the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Mumbai, to register a FIR against some individuals including Mr. Pramod Agrawal, who is currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company Century Plyboards (India) Limited.
