This has reference to our letter dated 10th June, 2020 informing about the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Friday, 19th June, 2020 at 12.30 P.M. to, inter alia, consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. We would like to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled and will now be held at P-15/1, Taratala Road, Kolkata-700088 on Friday, 26th June, 2020 at 12:30 P.M. to, inter alia, consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. We further inform you that the ''Trading Window'' for the designated persons, insiders and connected persons in respect of securities of the Company which was closed, will continue to remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hrs from the time of publication of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2020.
