Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, we write to inform you that the Company has received information on 12th November, 2022, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited regarding stop transfer registration/ procedure for duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates. The Company shall initiate the process for issue of duplicate share certificate only after receipt of requisite documents and completion of necessary formalities in this regard.
