With reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that there is temporary & partial disruption at the manufacturing unit located at Kadi, Dist. Mehsana, Gujarat as group of workers remained themselves absent from their regular duties, protesting disciplinary action against few workers. <BR> <BR> However dispatches are continuing as usual. It has been advised to all such workers to resume their duties immediately. <BR> <BR> It will not have any material impact on the business operations of the Company, as of now.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and please take the same on record.<BR>
