Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Ms. Maitri Chatterjee, has tendered her resignation from the Office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on 23rd September, 2022 as she has decided to pursue her career with additional scope in legal domain. The effective date of resignation will be as per the Company's policy i.e, one month from the date of resignation. Please treat this as compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI Guidelines and Corporate Laws and take the same on record.
