| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Forty-fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It may further be noted that, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2022 to July 29, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the said AGM of the Company. Copies of the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-22 will be sent to Stock Exchanges and to the Members through electronic mode and will also be published/available on the Company''s website www.cesc.co.in in due course.
