In compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,<BR> 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed for<BR> dealing in shares of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined in the Code from Wednesday,<BR> July 01, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the<BR> Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2020.<BR> During this period, ''Designated Persons'' and their relatives shall not trade in CESC Ventures shares.
