Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and further to the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated May 18, 2021, intimating approval of the Board of Directors of the Company in respect of raising long-term funds by way of Non-Convertible Debentures, please be informed that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., on December 21, 2021 has considered and approved the offer of Secured, Unlisted, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs.375 crores to 'International Finance Corporation' on a Private Placement basis. Further, the details of the said issue as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is attached herewith as an Annexure.
