inter-alia, considered the following businesses:
1) Took Note of resignation of Ms. Prachi Kela as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 30th April, 2026.
2) Approved the appointment of Ms. Shirin Kaur Kohli as Company Secretary and Compliance officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 4th May, 2026, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
3) Approved the report of the Monitoring Agency along with certificate of the Statutory Auditors for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
