| This is to inform you that the board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 14th October, 2020, have discuss the following matters: <BR> <BR> 1. Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting has inter alia approved unaudited Financial Results (which have been subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditor) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. <BR> <BR> Copies of unaudited financial results along with Limited review report are enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR> 2. Board consider and approve the resignation of non executive director Mr Inder Singh from the directorship of the company.<BR> <BR> Board Meeting Commenced at 1.30 P.M. at the Corporate Office of the Company and concluded at 5.00 P.M.<BR> | |
