| CHD Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Sunday, 14th August, 2022 at 12.00 P.M at the corporate office of the company at shorter notice to inter alia consider the following: 1) To consider and approve unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022 2) To consider to increase the remuneration of Managing Director Further, as per the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report, trading by the insider and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company closed for the for Directors, employees and Connected Persons having access to the price Sensitive Information and their dependents from 1st July, 2022 to 16th August, 2022(both days Inclusive). | |
