| CHD Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 14th October, 2020 at 1.30 P.M at the corporate office of the company to inter alia consider the following:<BR> <BR> 1) To consider and approve unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2020 and auditor's report thereon.<BR> Further, as per the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report, trading by the insider and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company closed for the for Directors, employees and Connected Persons having access to the price Sensitive Information and their dependents from 1st September, 2020 to 16th October, 2020 (both days Inclusive).<BR> | |
