Pursuant to provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Statutory Auditor of our company has intimated about change in their name from "Bathiya & Associates LLP" (Firm Registration No. 101046W/W100063) to "S H B A & CO LLP" with effect from 17th December, 2024.
Accordingly, they will continue to function and discharge their obligations as Statutory Auditors of Company under the name " S H B A & CO LLP" for the remaining period of their tenure.
