In continuation to our letter bearing Ref. no. SE/CS/2025-26/29 dated January 12, 2026, and pursuant to Regulations 33, 30 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('the Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today viz.
