Chemcon Speciality Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held<BR>on August 08, 2022, inter alia to:<BR><BR>1. Consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022.<BR><BR>2. Consider a proposal for declaration of "Interim Dividend", if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2022-23.<BR><BR>Further, as the Company have informed vide its letter dated June 24, 2022, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company will continue to remain closed for all the ''Designated Persons and their immediate relatives" covered under the Code of Conduct, till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended for June 30, 2022 pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
