It is hereby informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, please take note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons along with their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2021. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchange. <BR> The date of Board Meeting for consideration of the half year and year ended Financial Results for 31st March, 2021 shall be communicated in due course. <BR>
