Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our earlier intimation dated 19/01/2021 and updates submitted on 24/02/2021 and 31/03/2021 relating to shutdown of production operations at our Ankleshwar Plant, it is hereby informed that Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), has directed to revoke the closure directions vide their letter dated 05/04/2021. <BR> In view of the issue of revocation order by GPCB, the production operations will be resumed at the Ankleshwar Plant.<BR>
