In pursuant to the provisions of Schedule III, Part - B, read with the regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Consent to Operate (CTO) for Caustic Soda Lye enhancing the capacity from the existing capacity of 56,575 TPA to 65,700 TPA without any additional investments. Consent capacities of all co-products has also been enhanced. We request you to kindly take the same on record.
