Non-Applicability of Secretarial Audit Compliance Report-submitted.This is to inform that the Secretarial audit report and secretarial compliance report under regulation 24A of SEBI(LODR)Amendment Regulations, 2018 read with SEBI Circular dated 8.2.2019 and BSE Circulart dated 9.5.2019 and 14.5.2019 is not applicable to the company. In view of the above the company is also exempted from submitting the annual secretarial compliance report for the year ended 31.3.2020 to the stock exchange.
