This is to inform that in accordance with the advisories, orders and directions issued by the Central Government and State Government to prevent the spread of novel corona virus (COVID 19) outbreak, the manufacturing units and other offices of the Company are under temporary shutdown w.e.f. 23rd March, 2020 till further notice. At this stage, the impact of the above force majeure condition is not ascertainable. The duration of this shutdown is uncertain and will depend upon stabilization of the overall scenario and further directives of the Central Government / State Government.
