We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Rwemuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 78,540 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to employees who have exercised their options under the employees stock option scheme. The Company will be applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
