This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated July 23, 2025, informing you that the Company has appointed M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited as its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent effective in November 2025, in place of Aarthi Consultants Private Limited.
We would like to further inform you that the transition process is currently underway. Until its completion, the existing RTA, i.e. Aarthi Consultants Private Limited, will continue to render RTA services to the Company and its shareholders until the database and electronic connectivity are completely shifted to MUFG Intime India Private Limited and confirmations to this effect are received from both depositories.
