We wish to inform you that in terms of notification dated 02nd April, 2019 towards clarification regarding trading restriction period under SEBI(PIT) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 in terms of the code of conduct of the company under SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015.
