| This is with reference to the submission of Related Party Disclosures as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 within 30 days of publication of financial results. We would like to advise you that we are listed on BSE (SME) platform and in accordance with the regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the compliances with the provisions as specified in regulation 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 27, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub - regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para, C, D and E of schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply on listed entity which has listed its specified securities on SME Exchange.<BR> | |
