In Compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of C.J. Gelatine Products Limited ('The Company') shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited quarterly and half yearly financial results for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> All the Designated Persons (Viz. Directors, KMP's, Designated Employees, connected persons, fiduciary, etc,) and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. <BR> <BR> The Board Meeting date to approve the unaudited quarterly & half yearly financial results of the Company will be informed in due course.<BR>
