In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (hereinafter referred to as the 'Prohibition of Insider Trading Code'), as adopted by the Board, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of CL Educate Limited (the 'Company') will remain closed from July 01, 2020 until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date for convening the Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above details on record.
