| Dear Ma'am/Sir(s),<BR> <BR> With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform you that the 25th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 07, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in compliance with the General Circulars dated April 08, 2020; April 13, 2020; May 05, 2020; and January 13, 2021, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and SEBI Circulars dated May 12, 2020; and January 15, 2021, to transact the Businesses as set out in the Notice convening AGM.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Regulation 34 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the soft copy of the Annual Report along with the Notice of 25th AGM of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21, which have been sent to the shareholders through electronic mode on August 16, 2021.<BR> | |
