| In continuation to our letter dated November 03, 2020, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 10, 2020, inter alia, has: <BR> <BR> 1. Considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020, including the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on September 30, 2020 and statement of cash flow, by way of a note, along with Limited Review Report (with unmodified opinion) of the Statutory Auditor thereon, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, is given as Annexure I.<BR> <BR> 2. Reconstituted the Audit Committee of the Company.<BR> <BR> 3. Reconstitution of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee ('NRC Committee') of the Company.<BR> <BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:50 P.M. | |
