| Further to our letter dated 23rd January, 2023 and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015') we hereby inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today viz. Thursday, 2nd February, 2023, Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- (200%) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23. As intimated vide our letter dated 23rd January, 2023, interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Member of the Company as on 10th February, 2023 being Record Date fixed for the purpose. The interim dividend will be paid on 23rd February, 2023. | |
