Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015') the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, 18th May, 2023 have approved the following: - Recommended final dividend of Rs.3 (300 %) per Equity Share of the face value of Re.1 each for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023. The Final dividend if declared will be paid on Friday, 25th August 2023. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 4th August 2023 to 10th August 2023 both days inclusive for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend to be declared.
