In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2020, to inter alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated 30th September, 2020, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the 'Trading Window' which has been closed from 01st October, 2020 shall remain closed till 14th November, 2020 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the results to the stock exchanges on 12th November, 2020. <BR>
