| Coforge Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 (Q2). The Board of Directors will also be considering the proposal of the payment of Second Interim Dividend if any for the Financial Year 2021-22 and will determine the Record Date for the purpose of the Interim Dividend.<BR><BR>The trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.<BR><BR>Further, a conference call with Analysts and Institutional Investors has been scheduled after the Board Meeting and details of the same will be disclosed on website of the Company, www.coforge.com and transceipt of the same shall be shared with the stock exchanges in due course. | |
