Based on the Consolidated Report dated October 28, 2020, submitted by M/s. Ramadevi Satish Venigalla, Practicing Company Secretaries (Membership No. FCS 7345, COP 17889), who was appointed as Scrutinizer by the Company for the purpose of conducting the remote e-voting process, it may be noted that all the Resolutions placed before the AGM as per the Notice of the 38th AGM were approved by the Members with the requisite majority.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are submitting herewith the details regarding the e-voting results of the business transacted at the 38th Annual General Meeting in the prescribed format. We are also enclosing the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting prior and 15 minutes Post the conclusion of AGM.
