Competent Automobiles Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation of 29, 33 and other applicable Regulation, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th August, 2025 at New Delhi, inter-alia, to transact the following business: (a) To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30" June, 2025. Further, please note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our earlier intimation regarding closure of trading window dated 26" June, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons has been closed from 1st July, 2025 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
