The Company has fixed Friday, 19th September, 2025 as the "Record Date/ Cutt-off Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolution set out in the Notice of 40th AGM and to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM and for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, if approved by the members at the 40th AGM.
