| Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on May 24, 2022, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To approve the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on March 31, 2022 and to take on record Auditor's report thereon.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22, if any<BR><BR>Further, to earlier intimation given vide Company''s letter dated March 31, 2021 as per the BSE circular and NSE circular dated April 02, 2019 and as per the provisions of Compucom Software Limited Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor<BR>and Report Trading by Insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading window for trading in securities of the Company is closed for "Designated Persons" from April 01, 2022 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022. | |
